A blog I am so excited to share! I originally met Maxxie at a wedding in North Carolina where she was the make up artist. I immediately loved her and her big personality! Finding out that she lived in NYC was just the icing on the cake. In fact, we were both leaving that wedding and heading straight to NYC so it felt incredibly fitting that we meet up again!

I created a small mood board for this shoot and gave Maxxie all the creative freedom in her outfit and make up look. I love how it turned out and the location we shot at was perfect for it! This was my first time exploring Williamsburg and I have to say, it won’t be the last.

There are so many amazing spots within Manhattan, but something about seeing the city across the water just hits different. As a NYC photographer, I’m always enamored by the skyline and the beautiful of the water.
