Important Membership Details

Members enroll through a simple membership agreement and recurring monthly payment of $79 ($59 if you are a founding member). Membership requires a 12-month commitment and automatically renews annually.

Membership is limited to ensure every couple and family receives a personalized and high-touch experience.

As a Legacy Club member, you receive two seasonal photography sessions each year in April/May and October/November.

Each membership session includes:

30-minute photoshoot
30+ professionally edited images
Location selected from the Stratman Imagery location guide
2-week gallery delivery

These sessions are intentionally designed to feel relaxed, efficient, and meaningful. Perfect for documenting growing families, relationship milestones, and life transitions.



 

To preserve the quality and experience of The Legacy Club, the following policies apply:

• Membership sessions must be used within the designated seasonal windows

• Each seasonal session includes one reschedule opportunity with at least 48 hours notice

• Missed or unused sessions cannot be transferred, gifted, or rolled into future seasons

• Membership sessions are exclusively available to enrolled members

• Stratman Imagery does not offer "mini sessions" outside of this membership
