Intimate Central Park NYC Wedding With a Palma Reception

When Noelle first called me to dream out loud about her and Denis’ New York City wedding, I knew immediately that this was going to be something special. She mentioned a Central Park ceremony, an intimate dinner at Palma, and that she has a strong sense of fashion (an incredible wedding gown AND Carrie Bradshaws iconic wedding shoes) and wanted that to shine throughout the day. Say less. I was already in.

Their morning began at the Sonder Hotel in FiDi (RIP to one of my favorite getting-ready spots), where Noelle slipped into her stunning Alexandra Grecco gown – a clean, modern, and absolutely perfect 2-piece dress for her. From there, we moved into Central Park’s Summerhouse at the Dene for a ceremony that was emotional and so perfect. Such a fun ceremony spot to photograph as a NYC wedding photographer.

After saying their vows, they quite literally danced their way through Central Park, twirling past jazz buskers and weaving through pockets of spring light. We wandered over to Bethesda Terrace for family portraits and some quiet moments between the two of them – one of those classic NYC locations that just hits different every single time.

As the day transitioned into evening, we made our way to Palma for their intimate reception. Only about fifteen of their closest family and friends gathered for a candlelit Italian dinner, heartfelt toasts, and warm conversations that made the entire night feel impossibly cozy and meaningful.

Their Intimate Central Park NYC Wedding With a Palma Reception was everything I love documenting… fashion-forward, personal, and effortlessly cool. A true NYC love story from start to finish that makes my NYC wedding photographer heart glow with joy.
